We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations/reschedules or no-shows will result in a $30 fee using the card on file.
For packages, we allow up to two reschedules; beyond this, you may forfeit one session from your package.
We completely understand that emergencies happen and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all clients. Thank you for your support!
Please arrive to your appointment at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting the next client! If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be marked as a no-show if we recieve no communication.
We're proud to offer AfterPay and Cherry🍒 Financing* for clients who prefer to pay over time! Payment plans must be set up in-person. If you plan to use a financing option to purchase a package or treatment plan, please schedule a single session appointment. Financing setup and review can then be completed during your visit.

Due to the nature of our services, all services, deposits, payment plans, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For the best experience, we recommend attending your appointment alone to maintain a calm and focused environment. However, we understand that sometimes guests or children may need to accompany you — if so, please let us know in advance.
