Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations/reschedules or no-shows will result in a $25 fee and forfeiture of your deposit.

For packages, we allow up to two reschedules; beyond this, you may forfeit one session from your package.

We completely understand that emergencies happen and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all clients. Thank you for your support!
